​How to Book:​

STEP 1 – Verify Availability​

• Contact us to find out if we are available on the date and time of your event

• Fill out the BLUE form below (“Availability Request”)

• Our team will reply quickly to confirm availability

• You can also call or text us at 514-692-0514

 

Our services are often booked weeks (and sometimes months) in advance — we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability

STEP 2 – Confirm Availability

• We will contact you to let you know whether the character is available at your requested time

• If the character is not available, we will provide all alternative options

• Once we agree on the date and time, it’s time to move on to the last step

STEP 3 – Deposit

• A deposit is required for all our animations

• The staff member contacting you will let you know the deposit amount and remaining balance

• Deposit instructions: Please send to alexschiefkemtl@gmail.com (We have direct deposit; but if a password is required please use: Alex)

• The balance is paid directly to the animator(s) on the day of the event (cash or transfer)

• Please send a text once the deposit is completed or make a note with the deposit so we can identify it and mark it as received
